Many women are unaware that Merck’s Gardasil HPV vaccine actually increases the risk of developing cervical cancer. This shocking fact was first declared by Merck prior to FDA approval of the vaccine.
According to Merck’s own research, exposure to HPV strains 16 and 18 before receiving Gardasil increases the risk of developing precancerous lesions by 44%. (Source)
Now that the vaccine has been given the FDA stamp of approval, Merck declares that the vaccine is capable and necessary to protect people from the Human Papillomavirus, a virus that can lead to the development of cervical cancer.
Merck has perpetrated a huge fear campaign around the virus, in what seems to be an effort to get as many children vaccinated as possible. The vaccine is now given to girls and boys as young as nine years old and is quite lucrative for the pharmaceutical company with a cost ranging from $130-$170 per shot. (Source)
Merck’s scare tactics have been successful at selling millions of doses of Gardasil despite the fact that ‘a valid reason for giving children the HPV vaccine has never been established’.
Interestingly, Dr. Joseph Bocchini of the American Academy of Pediatrics states HPV can take up to 20 years to develop into cervical cancer. He has declined endorsement of Gardasil. Dr. Bocchini’s primary reason for not endorsing the vaccine is that the 20-year incubation period indicates that the vaccine, which has a five year effectiveness span, would no longer protect against the overwhelming majority of cervical cancer cases.
If the incubation period is 20 years, and the vaccine is considered effective for just five years, how many booster shots will be necessary? At a cost of nearly $500 dollars for the full Gardasil dosage and potentially 10 boosters (or more) translates into big bucks for Merck.
Most alarming, Merck is making an effort to include the HPV vaccine in the infant schedule and human trials on children as young as a year old have been conducted in Hungary. Can you imagine the rise in infant mortality rates if this vaccine is approved for babies? (Source)
The official website for Gardasil fails to mention any of the well-documented deaths and serious injuries that have resulted from the vaccine. To the surprise of no one, the CDC’s own website also fails to list death or paralysis as a Gardasil side effect.
More than 320 deaths have been attributed to the vaccine, most of these resulting from blood clots in the lungs and heart. Thousands of reports of serious, adverse side effects, ranging from anaphylactic shock to violent seizures, have also been documented. According to sanevax.org, 51,000 adverse reactions have been reported to VAERS as a result of the HPV vaccine.
A high risk vaccine vs. a low risk cancer would seem that the HPV vaccine poses far more danger than the cancer it claims to prevent.
Supporting this argument is Dr. Mona Saraiya, a medical epidemiologist at the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control at the CDC. She concludes that “nearly all sexually active women are exposed to HPV” and that “only a few will get an infection that stays and won’t go away, and only a portion of those will get a precancerous lesion. At that point, only a few will eventually develop cervical cancer.”
According to the federal government’s 2014 data, 0.6% of women will develop cervical cancer at some point in their lives with the number of deaths being 2.3 for every 100,000 women. (Source)
Regular PAP screenings are seemingly far more beneficial than the HPV vaccine, which was never tested against a true placebo. Instead of using a saline placebo in the controlled studies, the placebo contained Polysorbate 80, a detergent that causes mutagenic damage, reproductive harm, and has been shown to fuel cancer in animal studies. (Source)
How can anyone assume the HPV vaccine is safe when such a dangerous ingredient was used in the placebo?
The American College of Pediatricians has also expressed concern over the safety of the vaccine due to the “overwhelming majority (76%) of VAERS reports since 2006 with ovarian failure, premature menopause, and/or amenorrhea associated solely with Gardasil.” (Source)
“Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times because at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.” – Dr Bernard Dalbergue
